14-Year-Old In Stolen Car Kills NJ Driver In Head-On NY Crash: Police
A New Jersey man was killed when a 14-year-old driver in a stolen car struck his vehicle head-on early Tuesday, March 28 in New York, authorities said. The teen was heading south in a Toyota 4Runner on Route 9 in Rhinebeck when he struck Jonathan A. Kiech, 49, of Fords, who was heading north, around 6:30 a.m., Dutchess County Sheriff's Office Capt. Authorities ID 15-Year-Old Passenger Killed In South Jersey Crash
A 15-year-old high school student was killed in a single-car crash in Salem County, authorities said. The deceased passenger was identified as Evan D'Anjou of Pittsgrove Township, according to New Jersey State Police. D'Anjou was remembered by friends for his love of motocross racing. Atlantic City Teenagers Arrested In Stolen Car With Loaded Gun, Heroin
A pair of teenagers from South Jersey was arrested in a stolen car with a loaded handgun and 80 bags of heroin, authorities said. At 10:34 p.m. on Monday, Atlantic City Detectives Anthony Abrams and Nicholas Berardis stopped a car in the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue after recognizing a 16-year-old driver who did not have a valid license. The driver and passenger, 17, were arrested after the vehicle was found to have been reported stolen from Galloway, police said.
