Driver, 62, Killed Negotiating Curve On Garden State Parkway Exit Ramp: Police A 62-year-old driver was killed in a crash on the Garden State Parkway in Atlantic County this weekend, authorities said. Troy E. Thompson, of Brick Township, was heading south in a Hyundai Tucson when he veered off the roadway to the left while negotiating a curve exiting via the 38A exit ramp Saturday morning, Sept. 21 around 9:30 a.m., New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron said. The vehicle overturned and Thompson died. The crash remains under investigation, and no additional information was available.

Tesla Driver Suffering Medical Emergency Cuts Across NJ Roadway Hitting Car, Building: Police Two drivers were injured Saturday morning, Sept. 21, when one, who had been suffering a medical emergency, cut across a Monmouth County roadway and struck another vehicle and an Italian grocer, police said.
