Bomb Threats At 3 Walmarts In Central Jersey Unfounded

There were bomb threats reported at three Walmart stores in Central Jersey, authorities said.

The Monday, July 18 threats came at about 3:30 p.m. at 1126 Route 9 in Old Bridge, at the Edison Walmart on Route 27 and at the East Brunswick Walmart on Route 18.

Police said each store was checked and cleared without further incident.

Last week, there was a similar threat on Monday, July 11 at Walmart's East Brunswick store.
