Peter F. Knipe, of Vernon, has been charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault, and three counts of second-degree sexual assault, for the alleged incidents that happened in Fair Lawn between Dec. 2, 190 and Dec. 31, 1991. He was lodged in the Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack.
