In November last year, the Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit received a tip that Rafael Veras-Molina, 28, of Orlando, who temporarily lived in Danbury, was selling crack-cocaine and heroin in Putnam. On Monday, July 29, Deputy Randel Hill was on patrol on Barrett Road in Southeast when he came upon a “large quantity” of trash that had been illegally dumped.
