New Poll: Dutchess' Delgado Leads Republican Congressman Faso Democratic challenger Antonio Delgado, a Dutchess County attorney, holds a slight lead over incumbent U.S. Rep. John Faso, a Republican from Kinderhook in Columbia County, according to a new poll in the19th Congressional District. Delgado, a native of Schenectady, lives in Rhinebeck with his wife and their two sons. Delgado won a seven-candidate Democratic primary election in June. He faces Faso in the Nov. 6 general election.
