A 37-year-old man faces felony drunk driving charges after allegedly crossing into the opposite lane of traffic and crashing into another vehicle in the Hudson Valley, injuring five family members, police announced. Putnam County resident Elijah Acevedo of Mahopac was arrested on Sunday, July 7 in connection with a crash that happened earlier on the same day, Carmel Police Lt.
