New Lawsuit Filed Against Westchester Restaurant Over Hepatitis Scare
A new lawsuit has been filed against bartaco, the popular Port Chester restaurant that had to be temporarily closed down in October last year due to a Hepatitis A exposure that left some customers sick. Two men from Connecticut filed a lawsuit in Supreme Court this week, according to a lohud report, making it the fourth lawsuit filed against the restaurant, which was shut down for a day following the outbreak.
