Police were on patrol at approximately 12:08 p.m. and operating the plate reader when it alerted that the black Lincoln operated by Quezada was traveling east on Crompond Road and had a suspended registration, according to police. Police say a computer check confirmed that the vehicle’s registration was suspended and the vehicle was uninsured. Quezada was arrested at the scene and transported to police headquarters. Following processing, Quezada was issued a traffic summons and released on her own recognizance. Quezada is scheduled to answer charges in Yorktown Court on Tuesday, Nov. 25, at 6 p.m.
