YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Christopher J. Lussier-Federighi, a 19-year-old Cortlandt Manor resident, was arrested on Friday after being accused of possessing marijuana and cocaine, according to Yorktown police.
Police said an officer was on routine patrol when he observed a 1993 Pontiac traveling eastbound on Route 6 failing to maintain a lane. A traffic stop was conducted and the operator was identified as Lussier-Federighi, police said. The drugs were discovered after further investigation.
Lussier-Federighi was arrested and taken to Yorktown Police Headquarters for processing and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh degree, a class A misdemeanor and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released without bail and scheduled to appear in Yorktown Justice Court on Tuesday, April 14, at 6 p.m.
