Work Begins On 27-Story Apartment Tower In Westchester
Construction of a 27-story luxury apartment tower located in the downtown area of a city in Westchester has commenced. A groundbreaking for the tower, located at 33 Westchester Place in downtown New Rochelle, was held on Tuesday, May 23 by developer Allstate Ventures and city officials, including Mayor Noam Bramson.
