Worker Airlifted To Westchester Medical Center After Falling 7 Stories An employee of a Hudson Valley power plant is in critical condition after falling seven stories into the hopper in ductwork.  The incident took place in Rockland County around 5 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7, at the Bowline Power Plant in West Haverstraw. Juwan Roman, age 18, of Newark, pleaded guilty on Thursday, May 13 to two counts of aggravated assault and weapons offenses, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer.
