YONKERS, N.Y. - Frank J. Credendino, a resident of Yonkers, died Sept. 10. He was 89.

Credendino was born in Mt. Vernon and served his country during World War II in the U.S. Army.

Credendino is survived by his children, Ben (Annmarie), Al (Joanne), Mary Frances, Frank, Jr.; six grandchildren; brother, Lou; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary (nee Sanchirico); son, Steven; sister Tillie; and brother, John.

Calling hours are Thursday, Sept. 12 from 5 to 9 p.m. at F. Ruggiero & Sons, Inc. - 732 Yonkers Ave., Yonkers, NY 10704 (914) 375-1400. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 13 at St. John the Baptist Church with interment to follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
