YONKERS, N.Y. – Carlo J. LaBianco, a lifelong resident of Yonkers, died Monday, Jan. 14. He was 84.
Born Oct. 23, 1928, he was the son of Carlo and Madeline Zernone LaBianco. He was married to Madeline Azzolino LaBianco, who predeceased him in 1997. He attended Ben Franklin School and worked as a custodian at Grinton I. Will Yonkers Public Library for many years.
LaBianco is survived by three children, Carl (Colleen), Paul (Marlen) and Loretta (Chris); two brothers, Vito and Paul; a sister, Patricia LaBianco; and two granddaughters. He was predeceased by two brothers, John and Nicholas LaBianco; and a sister, Clara Vigna.
Visitation is from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Flower Funeral Home in Yonkers. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Yonkers.
