Worker Airlifted To Westchester Medical Center After Falling 7 Stories An employee of a Hudson Valley power plant is in critical condition after falling seven stories into the hopper in ductwork.  The incident took place in Rockland County around 5 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7, at the Bowline Power Plant in West Haverstraw.
