A crash on I-87 in the Hudson Valley blocked multiple lanes for hours on Monday, Jan. 27. The incident happened in Rockland County on Monday, Jan. 27 at around 11:05 a.m. on I-87 South in Ramapo, according to 511NY. The crash temporarily left the left and center southbound lanes blocked and caused stop-and-go traffic in the area. The lanes have since reopened to traffic. Authorities in New York are asking for the public’s help in locating two young siblings who have been missing for days. Rockland County residents Mia Rea, 3, and her brother Franklin Sagnay, 8, both of Hillcrest, were last seen together with their non-custodial mother Miryam Aucancela on Sunday, Jan. 19.
