CVS Shoplifting, Loose Dogs, Top North Castle Police Department Blotter A man was caught red-handed attempting to shoplift items at an Armonk CVS, police said. Officers from the North Castle Police Department were dispatched to CVS on Main Street shortly after 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 18, where there was a report of a shoplifting incident. When approached by store employees, the suspect turned over the merchandise before taking off in the direction of DeCicco’s.
