Renovated Hartsdale Train Station Includes New Elevator, Heated Seating Area After decades of requests from commuters and town officials, an all-new elevator and other renovations have been made to a well-traveled train station in Westchester.  The renovations have been made by the MTA to the Hartsdale Train Station, Greenburgh Town Supervisor Paul Feiner announced on Monday, Dec. 25. Road Work To Delay Traffic Near Hartsdale Train Station: Here's When Road work is expected to slow traffic near a Metro-North train station in Westchester for several days.  The traffic delays will occur on East Hartsdale Avenue near the Hartsdale train station from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. until Friday, Oct. 6, Greenburgh Town Supervisor Paul Feiner announced on Wednesday, Sept. 27.  The slowdowns will be caused by "essential" work being conducted by Con Edison, Feiner said. Two Of Three Suspects Nabbed For Armed Robbery At Rite Aid In Westchester, Police Say A man and a teen armed with a knife and a gun were arrested after allegedly stealing merchandise from a Westchester Rite Aid. Elijah McLendon, age 21, and Elijah Walls, age 19, both of the Bronx, were arrested around 5 p.m., Sunday, May 23, after Greenburgh Police were called to the drug store on East Hartsdale Avenue, in Hartsdale. Greenburgh officers responded to the store on a report of three men armed with a knife and a gun stealing merchandise, Greenburgh PD Lt. Kobie Powell said.
