One Dead After Woman Shot In Westchester Domestic Incident This story has been updated. The 2 1/2-year-old daughter of a woman shot by police responding to a report of a child in need of medical care has succumbed to her injuries after a domestic incident Saturday afternoon in Westchester. The incident occurred at around 1:30 p.m. on Chestnut Avenue in the Harbor Heights area of Mamaroneck.  Details of the nature of the injuries sustained by the child that prompted the police response have not yet been released.
