New Westchester Restaurant Offers Plant-Based, Organic Meals A new restaurant that opened earlier this summer in Northern Westchester County is seeing a positive response to its menu, which focuses on organic and locally sourced ingredients, the owner says. Root2Rise opened its doors on Monday, June 28. The cafe is located at 359 Manville Road in Pleasantville.
