SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. – Sleepy Hollow lifted its snow emergency Tuesday, Village Clerk Paula McCarthy said.
Residents should follow regular parking rules and watch for street signs regarding on-street parking.
Sleepy Hollow also asks residents to clear snow from fire hydrants near their homes or businesses.
