Baseball Bat Attack: Suspect Nabbed After Incident Near Westchester Intersection A 28-year-old has been charged in connection to an assault with a baseball bat near an intersection in Westchester that sent two victims to the hospital. It happened around 3:45 a.m. Sunday, May 12, in New Rochelle at Washington Avenue and Fourth Street. The incident involved two victims, a 36-year-old man and his 66-year-old uncle, New Rochelle Police said. Both men suffered severe head injuries, with the older man being unresponsive but still breathing.
