Firearms Arrest: Westchester Resident Caught With Loaded Pistols, Police Say
A Westchester resident faces weapons charges after they were caught with two illegally possessed loaded pistols, police said. The arrest was the result of a firearms investigation in Tuckahoe that culminated in the seizure of a loaded Ejercito Argentino .45 pistol and a loaded DRACO 7.62x39mm pistol, Westchester County Police announced on Wednesday, Oct. 25. As the result of the seizure, a Tuckahoe resident, whose name was not released, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a firearm.
