Thanks to good detective work and help from community members, a landscaping trailer full of equipment stolen from Northern Westchester was found at a property in the region almost two hours away, police said. The trailer was originally stolen from a property in Katonah during the early morning hours of Wednesday, Oct. 16, prompting an investigation, the Bedford Police Department said on Friday, Oct. 25. Authorities are renewing their call for the public's help in a missing person case in the region. Just over two months ago, 36-year-old Matthew Russo went missing on Father's Day, Sunday, June 18, when he was last seen in Sullivan County at Garnet Health Medical Center in the hamlet of Harris.
