Woman Caught Speeding Through School Zone Had Suspended License, Yorktown Police Say A woman who was allegedly caught speeding through a school zone had a suspended license at the time of the incident, according to Yorktown Police. Yorktown Police pulled over 29-year-old Emily Zambrano of Peekskill on Lexington Avenue Thursday, Dec. 20 at around 11:10 a.m.  Zambrano, who was identified via a New York State learner’s permit, was allegedly driving in excess of the posted 15 mph school zone speed limit.  A routine NYSPIN check further revealed that the defendant had allegedly driven a motor vehicle while her license was suspended two times for failing to pay driver’…
