Petito Lawsuit Moves Forward After Judge Denies Motion To Dismiss A civil lawsuit filed by the parents of Gabby Petito against the parents of Brian Laundrie for emotional distress will go forward after a judge denied a request for dismal. Westchester Man Involved In NYC Triple-Murder Suicide Had Violent Past A Westchester County man who gunned down three people and then killed himself on his 9-year-old daughter's birthday had a violent past.
