Traffic Alert: Stretch Of Route 119 In Elmsford To Close Again
Motorists in Westchester will again have to look out for a closure on Route 119. The closure, which will affect Route 119 in Elmsford in both directions between Vreeland Avenue and Undercliff Avenue, will be in effect on both Thursday, Aug. 24, and Friday, Aug. 25, according to the New York State Department of Transportation. Henri: Flooding Causes New Road Closure In Westchester
Drenching downpours from Tropical Storm Henri have caused a new road closure in Westchester on Sunday evening, Aug. 22. The Hutchinson River Parkway is closed southbound from Hutch Boulevard to East Lincoln Avenue and northbound lanes closed from Boston Post Road to East Lincoln Avenue. The ramp from the eastbound Cross County Parkway to the Hutch is also closed.
