Police Save Young Man From Jumping Off Bridge In Westchester A young man in crisis was saved by police from jumping off a Westchester bridge to end his life. The incident took place around 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, April 10, when police were alerted to a person on the bridge that runs over the Saw Mill River Parkway at Pleasantville Road, said Pleasantville Police Chief Erik Grutzner.
