Perdue Recalls 31.7K Pounds Of Ready-To-Eat Chicken Products Approximately 31,700 pounds of ready-to-eat chicken products are being recalled by Perdue Foods, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service announced. The fully cooked chicken products were produced on March 21, 2019, and were shipped to retail locations nationwide. The products may be contaminated with extraneous materials, specifically pieces of bone material, the USDA said.
