Daniel Vines-Mevec, of Buchanan, was arrested on Monday, July 15, after Yorktown Police responded to A.C.Moore Arts & Crafts at 3333 Crompond Road, for a report of the theft of 16 cans of spray paint worth $120 by two people, said the Yorktown Police. The incident took place around 9:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 5 at Dogwood Road in Cortlandt, where police responded to a report of shots fired.
