Here's When You Can Get A Free Measles Vaccine In Westchester For those in need of the measles vaccine, the Westchester County Health Department will be offering free measles, mumps, and rubella shots during three clinics. The clinics are being offered in an effort to stop the spread of the virus following the news that eight Westchester County residents have confirmed cases of measles.
