Registered 'Lifetime' Sex Offender Reports Move To Ossining
A registered "lifetime" sexual offender convicted of sexually abusing a 4-year-old girl has reported a move in Westchester County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 50-year-old Nitin Patel, who has reported an address change to a residence on Lee Avenue in Ossining.
