Man Caught Snorting Cocaine In Car In Hudson Valley: Police A 32-year-old Connecticut man was apprehended after authorities caught him snorting cocaine inside a vehicle in the Hudson Valley, police announced.  The arrest was made on Monday, Aug. 26 just before 3 p.m., when a man was seen snorting a white powdered substance while sitting in the driver's seat of a car in the Putnam County town of Southeast, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office said on Monday, Sept. 30. String Of Drug Arrests: 5 Suspects Face Charges In Hudson Valley A total of five people face drug-related charges after authorities made arrests in three separate incidents in the Hudson Valley, police said.  The five arrests were all made by the Narcotics Enforcement Unit in Putnam County and stemmed from three incidents on Tuesday, June 13, Wednesday, June 14, and Wednesday, May 31, according to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office.  The first three arrests resulted from the May 31 incident, when NEU members saw three suspects allegedly committing larcenies at a business in the town of Southeast.
