A missing 10-year-old girl from Upstate New York has been found after a search that spanned several days and involved multiple police agencies. Rensselaer County resident Elizabeth Rosa had last been seen at around 11:40 p.m. Tuesday, Aug.1, in Troy, getting into an unknown car on 7th Avenue in the North Lansingburgh neighborhood. Detectives said the girl was likely traveling to stay with family in New York City or on Long Island. Seen Him? Alert Issued For Missing Hudson Valley 11-Year-Old Police in the Hudson Valley are asking the public for help locating an 11-year-old boy who is missing. Rockland County resident Justin Chen, of the village of Nyack, was last seen around 3 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 6 at his home. Det. Sgt. Anthony Palazolo, of the Orangetown Police Department, says Chen may have traveled to White Plains or Midtown Manhattan. Father Arrested In Case Of New England Girl Who's Been Missing For Two Years Police in New England have arrested the father of a missing 7-year-old girl who has not been seen in two years. Manchester Police Chief Allen D. Aldenberg announced on Wednesday, Jan. 5, that Adam Montgomery, age 31, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 4.
