Item Deemed As Possible Bomb Threat Investigated At FBI Office In Westchester An FBI office in Westchester was cleared following an investigation of an item that was deemed as a possible bomb threat. According to FBI Spokeswoman Amy Thoreson,  "an item determined to not be any threat," she said. The office is located on Midland Ave., in Rye.  The incident took place around 9:50 a.m. Thursday, March 28 with local, county and federal law enforcement authorities responding.  This is a developing story.
