Man Tries Entering Locked Vehicles In Westchester, Then Leads Police On Pursuit Authorities are warning residents to keep their cars locked after a man was caught trying to enter parked vehicles in Westchester before leading police on a chase into Connecticut.  The incident began on Friday, Jan. 26 around 2 a.m., when an alert resident in Rye in the area of Martin Road noticed an unknown man in her driveway and called the police. According to the Rye Police Department, the resident was able to give authorities an "excellent" description of the suspect and their vehicle, and arriving officers soon found a white SUV fleeing from the area.  Police then followed…
