He was born in Mount Vernon on February 3, 1929, son of Robert Mulligan and Ella Sullivan Mulligan. Robert graduated from Mount Saint Michael Academy and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Iona College. He received his Master of Arts degree in Education from Hunter College and took graduate courses at New York University and City College of New York. Chappaqua CSD Appoints Interim Principal For Seven Bridges Middle School An interim principal of Seven Bridges Middle School was appointed Wednesday night by the Chappaqua Central School District Board of Education. Linda Langiulli’s appointment fills the vacancy left by Principal Andrew Corsilia, who recently began his tenure as principal of the district’s Horace Greeley High School.
