Two men face charges after allegedly stealing thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from two Northern Westchester stores in numerous separate incidents, police said. Man Caught With Heroin, Cocaine After Passing Out At Diner In Westchester: Police
A 35-year-old Hudson Valley man faces drug charges after passing out on the stairs of a diner in Northern Westchester while in possession of heroin and crack cocaine, police said. The arrest stemmed from an incident on Friday, July 7 around 6:30 p.m., when Yorktown Police responded to the Route 202 Diner at 3825 Crompond Rd. to help a man who had passed out on the stairs.
