The event, which begins at 7 p.m., will feature members of numerous surrounding departments and allow residents a chance to thank them for their service. ID Released For Man Killed In Westchester House Fire A 53-year-old man killed in a fire at his Northern Westchester will be remembered during a visitation on Monday, July 9. Frank Fonte was found unconscious around 5 p.m. Sunday by Yorktown Heights firefighters and was pronounced dead a short time later at his home at 1789 Baldwin Road. Yorktown Police could not confirm the identity until they receive forensic verification and await investigation results, but services have been scheduled for Fonte.
