Former Yonkers Resident Henrietta Kendall, 90, Forever, Always A Kind Soul
Henrietta Maria Pelcer Kendall died on Saturday, Aug. 29 at the Birmingham Green Nursing Home in Manassas, VA.
She was 90 years old and the mother of six children, Helen, Joyce, Douglas Jr., Rosalie, Kent and Richard; grandmother to 13 grandchildren, Mikey, Bobby, Daniel, Laura, Allison, Kelley, Ashley, Brianna, Clarissa, David, Jacob, Emily and Lianne and great-grandmother to Celia and Abby.

State police have arrested a man for DWAI for driving in the wrong direction on Interstate 84, causing a head-on crash that injured three on Wednesday in Putnam County.
Christopher S. Franz, 45, of Broomall, Pennsylvania, was arrested for driving while impaired by drugs, following the crash that took place around 8:20 a.m. Jan. 2 at the I-84 Exit 19 off-ramp onto Route 312 (Southeast), said New York State Trooper AJ Hicks.
