Blaze Breaks Out At 4-Story Apartment Building In Westchester A fire that sparked in the laundry room at a Westchester apartment building prompted a fast response from several departments in the area.  The incident happened on Friday, Oct. 13 around 3 p.m., when crews were sent to an apartment building in Port Chester at 140 Grace Church St. for a reported fire.  According to the Port Chester Fire Department, arriving crews found smoke pouring out of the four-story building, which had been occupied by residents at the time.  Firefighters then found that the blaze had originated in the laundry room on the ground floor and quickly e…
