Sleepy Hollow High School Graduation Moved Indoors

SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. – The Sleepy Hollow High School graduation planned for Thursday night has been moved indoors because of a heat advisory.

Students will graduate in Kusel Auditorium at 7 p.m. instead of Doc Rasbeck field, school officials announced Wednesday.

Graduates will be given five admission tickets: two for the auditorium and three for the gymnasium overflow site. The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. The general public will be admitted to the gymnasium as space permits.

Graduating seniors should report to the middle school gymnasium by 6 p.m. to take a class photo. A rehearsal will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday in the auditorium.

School officials note that no food, beverages, balloons, beach balls or noise makers will be permitted in the auditorium. Strollers or backpacks are not permitted in the auditorium.

Only ticketholders will be allowed in the auditorium and once a person leaves the auditorium, they will not be permitted to re-enter.
