In Photos: Irvington Students Move On to Fourth Grade

IRVINGTON, N.Y. – A large group of Irvington students celebrated the end of their time at Dows Lane Elementary and their next steps forward on Tuesday morning.

The students, all third graders, will move to the Main Street School next September after four years at the elementary school. Principal Randy Lichtenwalner said it would be their “next big step in their journey as learners.”

“We all started at a different place, but we're all on the same journey together,” he said.

Parents cheered for their kids while standing to take photographs. Students lead the program, which included music and memories from their time at Dows Lane.
