Police located the woman's car in the Skate Shack parking lot and stopped traffic on Neperan Road near Tower Hill Road and Marymount Avenue. A SWAT unit and two negotiators helped take the woman into custody around 9:15 a.m.

The woman was taken to Phelps Memorial Hospital Center, where she was later arraigned.
