One person reported on Feb. 20 that she was walking at the intersection of Meadow Street and Route 119 when a car hit her. The woman reported pain in her right arm and leg, but refused medical attention.

Another pedestrian was reportedly struck by a car on North Broadway on Feb. 16. That person also refused medical treatment.

Police reported the following additional items:

  • A White Plains Road resident reported finding a suspicious letter on her door Feb. 19. Police said the note appeared to be written by a youth.
  • Laura Gibson, 30, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, after her car struck a fire hydrant on South Broadway on Feb. 15.
  • A motorist reported on Feb. 15 that he had hit some wires on Sheldon Avenue and they were resting on his truck. Officials removed what turned out to be telephone wires.
  • Police arrested Michelle Louisjean, 28, on charges of fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony; first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, a felony; and first-degree identity theft, a felony, on Feb. 15. Louisjean was arraigned on $20,000 bail and taken to Westchester County Jail.
