Tarrytown Police Investigating Forcible Touching

TARRYTOWN, N.Y. – Tarrytown police say a man drugged a woman and possibly forcibly touched her after she left a Tarrytown bar and went with two men to an apartment.

The woman's boyfriend called after meeting his girlfriend at a Tarrytown firehouse and noticing she was drunk around 1 a.m. Aug. 18. The woman then told her boyfriend she had been drugged and forcibly touched.

The boyfriend took her to Phelps Memorial Hospital, where police interviewed the woman and took a blood sample. Police have filed a case with the detective division.

Police also reported the following items:

• A motorist called police after another driver drove past him on the H Bridge and pointed his fingers at him like he had a gun around 3 p.m. Aug. 17.

• Police charged two 18-year-old men Aug. 16 with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation on Green Street.

• A Rivers Edge Drive home filled with smoke after burning food was left on a barbeque grill around 5 p.m. Aug. 16.

• Police charged Arlenny M. Monegro, 23, with petit larceny, a misdemeanor, after the C-Town supermarket reported a woman shoplifter allegedly fled the store around 1 p.m. Aug. 16.
