SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. -- Sleepy Hollow Police received a call that a large, unmarked box was thrown out of a car window at the corner of Beekman Avenue and Clinton Street on Monday, Oct. 21, according to Patch.com
Sleepy Hollow Police found two boxes of used cooking oil that were dumped onto the streets recently.
