ID Fraud Suspect Used Fake CT License At The Westchester Mall, Police Say

Police are asking the public for help identifying a woman who is a suspect in an identity theft investigation.

The identity theft occurred March 2 at which time the suspect attempted to make purchases and open credit card accounts by falsely using the identity of a Connecticut resident, said Milford Police Officer Joesph Dempsey.

The fraud was committed in White Plains, at the Westchester Mall, Dempsey said.

"The suspect was also able to obtain a fraudulent CT driver’s license which displays the personal information of the Milford resident," he added.
