Water Main Breaks On Beekman Avenue In Sleepy Hollow

Update 2 p.m.: Sleepy Hollow officials say the water main break has been repaired.

SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. -- Sleepy Hollow is warning residents they may experience brown water after a water main broke on Beekman Avenue by the Sleepy Hollow Post Office.

"The Sleepy Hollow Water and Highway Deptments are working steadfastly to repair this problem," Village Clerk Paula McCarthy Tompkins said. "Thank you in advance for your patience."
