TARRYTOWN, N.Y. There's no reason to leave the Tarrytown area this weekend if you're looking for something to do. Here's a list of weekend events in Tarrytown, Sleepy Hollow and Irvington.
Friday
- Book Bunch takes place at Warner Library at 4 p.m. Kids in grades first through third discuss Caldecott Medal winners.
- The Sleepy Hollow High School varsity girls' basketball team takes on Carmel in a scrimmage at home at 4:30 p.m.
- The Sleepy Hollow High School varsity boys' basketball team takes on Saunders in an away game at 6 p.m.
- Citizen Cope performs at the Tarrytown Music Hall at 8 p.m.
- The Clocktower Players Teen Troupe performs Spring Awakening at the Irvington Town Hall Theater at 7:30 p.m.
- The Harlem Wizards will take on the Irvington All-Stars in a PTSA-sponsored game in the camps gym at 7 p.m.
- The Piano Bar at Bistro Z at the DoubleTree Hotel in Tarrytown lasts from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Saturday
- Farm, Cook and Feast event at the Stone Barns Center takes place from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for ages 16 and up.
- The Stone Barns Center gives an Insider's Tour from 11 a.m. to noon.
- The Hands-On Egg Collecting program takes place from 11 to 11:45 a.m. and noon to 12:45 p.m. at the Stone Barns Center.
- Bass baritone Richard Cassell, mezzo-soprano Frances Devine and pianist Martin Yazdzik perform immortal love songs at the Irvington Public Library at 2 p.m.
- Paul Merklein draws famous faces as well as audience members at Warner Library at 3 p.m.
- The Sleepy Hollow High School ice hockey team takes on Scarsdale at Palisades at 6:30 p.m.
- The Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Tarrytown performs at the Tarrytown Music Hall at 7 p.m.
- The Piano Bar at Bistro Z at the DoubleTree Hotel in Tarrytown lasts from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Sunday
- The Stone Barns Center will give an Insider's Tour from 2:30 to 4 p.m.

- A Winter Farm Market will take place at the Stone Barns Center from 1 to 4 p.m.
